Overview
The Mental Health Awareness – Managing Time, Stress and Anger in the Workplace Training Course provides participants with practical knowledge and techniques for supporting mental well-being and responding constructively to everyday workplace pressures.
The course explores the relationship between workload, time management, stress, emotional reactions, and workplace behavior. Participants will learn to recognize common signs of declining well-being, organize priorities, manage pressure, regulate anger, communicate assertively, establish healthy boundaries, and seek appropriate support.
This is an awareness and skills-development course. It does not qualify participants to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Employees experiencing serious or persistent concerns should seek assistance from qualified mental health professionals or appropriate organizational support services.
