GenAI Toolkit Training is a practical, hands-on capstone workshop designed to help participants bring their generative AI knowledge together into a personalized toolkit of AI tools, prompts, workflows, and practical solutions. Rather than simply learning individual AI platforms, participants will learn how to select and combine the right tools to address real-world technical and professional challenges.

Duration 2 days – 14 hrs

Overview

The GenAI Toolkit Training is an advanced, hands-on capstone workshop designed to help participants transform their existing generative AI knowledge into a practical, integrated toolkit of AI tools, prompts, workflows, and solutions. Rather than focusing on individual AI platforms in isolation, the workshop teaches participants how to strategically select, combine, and apply multiple GenAI tools to solve real-world professional and departmental challenges.

Over two intensive days, participants will identify a genuine workplace problem or opportunity and develop an end-to-end GenAI-powered workflow around it. Using tools such as Claude, Canva, Fireflies, Notion AI, and other appropriate platforms, learners will explore how different AI capabilities can work together to support tasks such as research, content creation, meeting intelligence, documentation, communication, reporting, and workflow automation.

A major focus of the workshop is workflow design and prompt engineering. Participants will map each stage of their solution—from input and information gathering to AI processing, transformation, and final output—and develop effective prompts that enable consistent results across multiple tools. They will also test tool-to-tool handoffs, identify potential gaps or inconsistencies, and refine their workflows through practical experimentation.

The workshop places strong emphasis on practical business value and workplace adoption. Participants will evaluate their solutions based on productivity gains, usability, scalability, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives. Through peer review and facilitator feedback, learners will identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen their solutions before finalizing their toolkit.

Participants will also develop a deployment and adoption plan, considering documentation, user requirements, workflow scalability, responsible AI use, and potential expansion to other teams or business processes. This ensures that the capstone goes beyond experimentation and provides a foundation for applying GenAI solutions in an actual work environment.

By the end of the GenAI Toolkit Training, each participant will have created and presented a documented, tested, and practical GenAI-powered workflow tailored to their professional needs. The completed toolkit will provide a reusable foundation for integrating generative AI into everyday work, improving productivity, and supporting continued AI-driven innovation within their organization.

Learning Objectives

  • Select and integrate multiple GenAI tools to solve a real-world workplace challenge
