This practical course strengthens participants’ ability to learn fast, adapt confidently, and stay effective during change. It builds the habits of learning agility—curiosity, experimentation, feedback-seeking, and reflection—plus adaptability skills such as coping with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and continuous improvement. Participants practice real workplace scenarios and leave with a personal learning plan and change-readiness toolkit.
