Overview

This practical course provides participants with a working understanding of the principal registration, invoicing, bookkeeping, tax-filing, payment, and reportorial obligations imposed by the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

Participants will learn how to identify common national tax obligations, determine the appropriate BIR forms and supporting documents, maintain compliant accounting records, apply basic withholding-tax rules, and establish an internal tax-compliance calendar. The course also discusses the Ease of Paying Taxes (EOPT) Act, electronic BIR services, common compliance errors, audit readiness, and the consequences of late or incorrect filing.
