Overview
The ITIL Change Enablement and Release Management Training Course is designed to provide participants with a practical understanding of how IT service changes and releases are planned, assessed, approved, communicated, deployed, reviewed, and controlled using ITIL-based service management practices.
This course introduces the key concepts of ITIL Change Enablement and Release Management, including change classification, risk assessment, change authority, change schedules, release planning, deployment coordination, stakeholder communication, service validation, post-implementation review, and continual improvement.
