Overview

This practical training helps participants collaborate smoothly across roles, teams, and personalities—while building a strong “team support” culture (helping behaviors, shared accountability, and constructive communication). Participants learn how to align on goals, clarify roles, communicate effectively, manage conflict early, and support teammates without burning out.

  • Communicate effectively across different work styles and personalities.
  • Align on shared goals, roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Practice active listening, constructive feedback, and solution-focused dialogue.
  • Support teammates using healthy boundaries and clear coordination methods.
  • Handle misunderstandings and conflict early using respectful frameworks.
  • Use simple collaboration routines (check-ins, handoffs, agreements) to improve teamwork.

Target Audience

  • Individual contributors working in cross-functional teams
  • Team leads, supervisors, and managers
  • Project teams (PMO, operations, IT, service desk, engineering, business units)
  • Customer-facing teams (sales, support, customer success)
