Overview
The Integrated Competency Development Training Program is designed to strengthen essential organizational competencies in strategic thinking, practical data analysis, and risk-based decision-making.
In today’s operational environment, leaders and supervisors must go beyond routine execution. They must align initiatives with strategic priorities, interpret data accurately, and make structured decisions that balance performance and risk.
