Advanced Warehouse Management and Logistics Course Overview
This advanced training course develops participants’ ability to diagnose, design, control, and continuously improve warehouse and logistics operations as an integrated supply-chain system.
The program connects warehouse strategy and facility design with inventory planning, inbound and outbound execution, transportation, reverse logistics, technology, performance management, safety, risk, and Lean improvement.
It uses practical exercises rather than theory alone. Participants will map warehouse processes, redesign layouts and slotting arrangements, establish inventory-control policies, select fulfillment and technology solutions, develop performance dashboards, and prepare a 30-60-90-day implementation plan.

Objectives

- Spreadsheet experience is helpful but not required. Prior WMS, engineering, or advanced statistical training is not necessary.
