Overview
This advanced capstone workshop challenges participants to consolidate their AI knowledge by designing and presenting a fully functional GenAI-powered workflow tailored to their specific business context. Using tools like Claude, Canva AI, Fireflies.ai, and others, participants will prototype a high-impact automation or content process aligned to their department goals—culminating in a peer-reviewed presentation with real-time feedback.

- Design and execute a multi-tool AI workflow to solve a real-world challenge

- Refine their AI workflows based on structured peer and instructor feedback

- Participants of prior intermediate or advanced GenAI, automation, or prompt engineering courses

Prerequisites
- Proficiency with at least 2–3 GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Fireflies, Slack GPT, Notion AI)
- Experience building AI-generated content, automations, or insights in past workflows
- Completion of intermediate-level GenAI or AI productivity courses
Course Content
Day 1: Strategy & Workflow Build
Session 1: Toolkit Planning & Tool Selection
- Identify departmental pain points or workflow opportunities
- Select GenAI tools aligned to objectives
- Examples:
- Claude + Fireflies + Notion AI – for HR/internal communications
- ChatGPT + Jasper + Canva AI – for marketing content and campaigns
- Slack GPT + Reclaim.ai + DeepSeek – for operations and scheduling

- Documenting roles, triggers, and desired outcomes
Session 2: Workflow Design & Build
- Design a multi-step workflow using selected tools
- Apply prompt engineering, automation logic, and workflow integrations
- Prototype and test outputs
- Instructor checkpoints for review and refinement
Day 2: Demo, Review & Iteration
Session 3: Workflow Presentation & Feedback
- Present GenAI workflow: purpose, tools used, and live demo
- Explain challenges, limitations, and business value
- Receive structured peer and instructor feedback
- Identify opportunities to scale or replicate across departments
Session 4: Final Iteration & Wrap-Up
- Refine toolkit and outputs based on feedback
- Best practices for documentation, rollout, and team training
- Build a reusability checklist for scaling GenAI across the org
Capstone Deliverable:
Participants leave with a fully functional GenAI-powered workflow tailored to their department, a reusable prompt and tool guide, and insights from peer feedback to improve and scale their solution.
