Audience

  • This course is intended for individuals who have recently been promoted to supervisory positions or are about to assume supervisory roles within their organizations. It is suitable for both internal promotions and external hires.

 

Pre- requisites 

  • Employment Status: Participants must be currently employed by the organization in a supervisory role or have received a formal job offer for a supervisory position.
  • Basic Communication Skills: A fundamental proficiency in written and spoken English or the primary language of the workplace is required.
  • Computer Literacy: Participants should have access to a computer or device with internet connectivity for online course components and resources.
  • Managerial Appointment: For internal promotions, participants should have recently assumed a supervisory role or have a confirmed start date as a supervisor. External hires should have a confirmed job offer as a supervisor.
  • Commitment to Learning: Participants should be motivated to actively engage in the training program, complete assignments, and participate in group discussions and activities.Access to Course Materials: Participants should have access to course materials, either through the organization’s learning management system or other designated channels.
