Using tools like Claude, Canva AI, Fireflies.ai, and others, participants will prototype a high-impact automation or content process aligned to their department goals—culminating in a peer-reviewed presentation with real-time feedback.

Prerequisites 

  • Proficiency with at least 2–3 GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Fireflies, Slack GPT, Notion AI)
  • Experience building AI-generated content, automations, or insights in past workflows
  • Completion of intermediate-level GenAI or AI productivity courses

Course Content

 

Day 1: Strategy & Workflow Build

 

Session 1: Toolkit Planning & Tool Selection

  • Identify departmental pain points or workflow opportunities
  • Select GenAI tools aligned to objectives
    • Examples:
      • Claude + Fireflies + Notion AI – for HR/internal communications
      • ChatGPT + Jasper + Canva AI – for marketing content and campaigns
      • Slack GPT + Reclaim.ai + DeepSeek – for operations and scheduling
  • Documenting roles, triggers, and desired outcomes

 

Session 2: Workflow Design & Build

 

  • Design a multi-step workflow using selected tools
  • Apply prompt engineering, automation logic, and workflow integrations
  • Prototype and test outputs
  • Instructor checkpoints for review and refinement

 

Day 2: Demo, Review & Iteration

 

Session 3: Workflow Presentation & Feedback

 

  • Present GenAI workflow: purpose, tools used, and live demo
