By accessing and using the Trainosys website (trainosys.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.

About Trainosys

Trainosys Inc. is a professional IT training solutions provider offering courses in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data science, cloud computing, programming, project management, and corporate learning programs. Training is delivered inperson, virtually, and in blended formats. We are located at Unit 1206, 12th Floor, Trade & Financial Tower, 32nd Street corner 7th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig 1634, Philippines.

Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse this site by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, reproducing content without permission, or engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms the website or its users.

Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved purchase order. Trainosys reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. All participants must be 18 years old or above, or have written parental consent.

Payment Terms

All fees are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are included in the final invoice. Payment is required before the start of any training session unless a prior written arrangement has been made.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

14 or more days before training date – full refund or credit to a future session. 7 to 13 days before – 50% refund or full credit to a future session.
Less than 7 days before is non-refundable. Participant substitutions are accepted at no charge with at least 2 business days’ written notice. If Trainosys cancels a session, a full refund or transfer to another date will be offered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in Trainosys training materials including course modules, slides, handouts, videos, logos, and written content are the exclusive property of Trainosys Inc. or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Training Materials

Materials provided during training are for the personal use of enrolled participants only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing materials to third parties is not allowed. Recording of virtual sessions without written permission from Trainosys is prohibited.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Trainosys reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior during any training session, whether in person or online.

Limitation of Liability

Trainosys makes every effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of its content but makes no warranties regarding its fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Trainosys is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in any course.

Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved before the appropriate courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila.
