Overview

This comprehensive 5-day training course is designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of project management principles and equip them with the practical skills to effectively define, plan, manage, and close out projects. Through a combination of informative content, hands-on activities, class discussions, and a threaded case study, participants will explore the tools, techniques, and working practices associated with successful project management. The course is aligned with the project management principles outlined in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and various GAO guides.
