Overview.
This course covers in-depth the requirements of Document and Records Control (Documented Information). It details the purpose and practice of document control and many ways of addressing this element including controlled documents, external documents, and reference documents. Common implementation problems associated with document control are also discussed.
By the end of this training course, participants will have the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage documented information across the organization. They will be prepared to contribute to the continual improvement of management system performance and compliance within their respective organizations.
